On December 8th, the legal turn over of the Administration from the Committee headed by Mr. Jesús Araujo to the new Committee headed by Mr. Alberto Malda, Víctor Ortiz y Lucio Pernazotti took place .
Even though Mr. Araujo had left the building a few days earlier, our regulations require that a formal turnover be made by means of a notarized statement signed by both the outgoing and incoming Committees which documents the change..
