In the last five months, we have tried to reach some kind of agreement with owners that are 3 or more years in arrears with Las Torres Gemelas without any response. Therefore we have sent theirs files to the lawyers in order to present a lawsuit for nonpayment. We know that this process can last up to a year, but we should start or it will be never finished. As of this date, and regardless of suspension of light and cold water services, files will be sent to the lawyers as soon as the amount owned reach the equivalent of one year maintenance fee.
