Dear Mr. Regino:

I forward you information on the modernization proposal for the elevators in the South Tower.

Taking into account the experience in the modernization of the elevators of the North Tower, you will recall that our initial proposal called for 5.5 (five and half) months of materials production, and 3 (three) months for the execution of the works. Later on, due to the delay in the signature of the initial contract, these times decreased to 5 (five) months for programming of materials, and 2 (two) months for the execution of the works. In spite of the responsibility that this reduction in delivery times represented to Elevadores Otis S.A. de C.V., these times were complied with. However, in this case we would like to avoid any delays that could bring problems in the delivery times. This can be done if we take into account the times indicated in our initial proposal.

I attach an outline of delivery times, based on signing the contract this month.
