Audited Financial statements were delivered to us and all suggestions and controls mentioned have been implemented. No major problems were found, with the exception of the following; a) Debts, which are in the process of solution, and b) collections and accounting documents missing for the months of October and November, period on which Mr. Jesus Eugenio Araujo was the Administrator of the building.
