Improvements

The exterior of our building has not been painted or repaired in over 5 years. This has caused a noticeable degree of deterioration due to the effects of the sun and the rain as you can see in the Picture

Despite the fact that the financial situation of the Condo is still unbalanced as a result of the erroneous decisions taken by Mr. Araujo, the Committee has decided to separate a limited amount of money from the budget to take care of the most urgent maintenance needs, among which is the exterior of the building. As of today, December 21st, the south side and front of the South Tower has been repaired as well as the north side of the North Tower. The remaining areas are being taken care of gradually with the hope they wil be finished by the Christmas holidays. Below you can see the work being completed n the South Tower.
